Hey Everyone, I now have less then 12 hours left in Ghana and on this continent. I will deeply miss this place, its people, the food and especially my friends. It was funny, yesterday I was not craving pizza or jiggs dinner or coffee but fufu, which is a meal made from yams(a root, somewhat similar to potato). It is defintely my favorite ghanaian food. Its June 25, 2006. I have spent one week with my new NGO, ProNet, or the Professional Network Association. They are an organization that is funded by an international organization called WaterAid. The mission of Pronet is to implement the installation of Water and Sanitation facilities in the Upper West Region of Ghana.
