How are you? I hope your mango rash has gone! It sounds like you're having the time of your life. I'm pleased you're getting some good weather now, John went to Oz in February and it was 45 degrees, so I hope it's not too hot!

We're all fine here. Will is doing well. He's 5 months old now, can you believe it? He smiles loads and is eating solid food. He's just starting to turn over as well although he hasn't managed to get all the way yet. Did you know that Marcel is pregnant again? Guess what, it's twins!!! Can you believe it? Anyway I'd better go, bottles to make, nappies to change, presents to wrap etc.

Did I tell you that Melanie is having a baby -- due date on Rachael's birthday :)) Feb 8th. although I'm sure you remembered that?We are all well and stocking up on wood to get through the winter. Hi Lauren, Had a good read of your blogs and laughing at your time in Potosi at the mine. Crazy isn't it?? Glad to hear you're doing some of the stuff I recommended it and hope you enjoyed them as much as I did. You're probably in Buenos Aires now and if you are still there, make sure you go to the Tango district and just walk in a club. You may get a dance with a famous Tango teacher as I did!!! Did I mention the "dwarf" nightclub too in BA? Ask around and go if it's still there - just bizarre. Have fun.

Hi Lauren/Adam you are having an amazing trip I love all your photos they are brilliant.I really liked the pouting one Lauren. when you go to Rio u will love it. if u get the chance go into the Copacabana Palace Hotel and u must see Christ the Redeemer statue and if you get the chance of a helicopter ride round the statue take it.dont take to much of the local drink Caipirnha(I think that is how u spell it?) it is lethal. love viv xxxx

Re the trek down to the village to the farm and ploughing etc., Adam, you missed out the fact that you "were a total teacher's pet" and "the man loved you and wanted you to stay and work for him" (quote from Lauren's e.mail to me). Wait till you get back to Crag House Farm! Jobs lined up.
