Hi everyone

Sorry for the delay we have had some trouble getting on a computer. Just a quick blog this time we only had 2 nights in Lima but managed to see a lot.. It was so strange going from Cusco which is such a native part of Peru to Lima, which is very Americanised. There were so many restaurants including Pizza Hut and Starbucks on every corner, we would never of guessed it but it did make a nice change!

We arrived late evening and checked into our hostel then went to see the beach! We arrived just in time to see the most amazing sunset. We had such an amazing view of the horizon it was breath taking.

We took a stroll around Plaza de Armas and took in the spectacular buildings, the bronze fountain in the middle of the plaza, the cathedral and the Archbishops palace. We also enjoyed a fantastic water show as you can see from the photos!!
