They have two applicants ready to fax to you, they will need a Doctor's signature and no signature for the sponcer as they will take care of that. Casey Walton who ownes Husket car parts in gordon is who you need to contact. His phone number is 308-282-2100. They will fax you an application. You only need one but they will send you two to be safe. Explain the situation and that transpotation is covered already.. There is also a Shriner hospital in Hawwai. We done some work on getting a new :leg"> Got a good responce from Illinois who said they could helg, Some lockal men in Mason Shrinners and I haven"t heard from them. She might have to come to this country??? We had a ragging BLIZZARD the past three days here. Lots of wind and snow, 12 to 14 inches!!
