Hey Phil.

I am really sorry to hear you are feeling that bad.. and i am sorry i have not been in touch. Things have been unsettled here! I am reaching the realms of the unemployed also at the moment. Work has gone so quiet that i have decided to finish my 'permenant' job until easter and have joined an agency (NOT THAT TYPE!) I have some work for December now but after Christmas who knows!!

I also failed another driving test.. with my Theory Certificate running out on 20th Dec things are getting tight. Managed to get another test for 13th Dec (Promising date huh..) and it will be my last chance or i will have to do my theory test again and it will drag on and on..

Christmas is approaching fast and i spent all my savings on a Grandfather Clock (impulse buying on a grand scale haha) so money is tight! It is raining, miserable and cold here.

On a plus side with the lack of work my house is spotless!!

Ebay is still going well which is the only thing keeping us afloat i think.. Well i guess with the poverty in the world we are not that bad off.. we still have food, warmth and whisky!!

yo phil, fed up i hear...just to cheer u up i spent nearly 5 hours listening to Brians latest plans last night so it can't be as bad as that! abba have asked him to stop writing again but he is carrying on regardless because they don't mean it of course.....we have had a few christmas parties already so i have decorated the bar in suitable festive spirit but sadly the xmas tree fell on as customers head on sunday so i have had to remove it for now...people have no sense of humour these days....we have actually had a few inches of snow in wells so i have been out and about with the camera. ollie was so excited to turned into a wild animal trying to eat short humans and small dogs, i kept my distance in case....apart from that nothing much is happening as you can imagine in a wells winter so you are not missing anything. Hang in there, you will soon be feeling better and i am sure there are lots more adventures to be had......take care Lxxx

hi, so far so good then! i will print your blog for Brian. He returned safely from his adventures! i was worried when i saw a big pack of photos on the counter but turned out there were only a few of the trip and mostly of his new friend which is a big lion, best not to ask.......only a few weeks to go then we are closed for a couple of weeks, edinburgh here we come...can't wait, not had a holiday in nearly a year! going to do accomodation again so just painting the room ready, prob start again next weekend, the memory of the scary stag do's must be fading..... have fun with the little people and keep blogging L xxxxx

I am so glad you have decided to keep us informed with occassional blogs. I am sorry i did not get to contact you again before you left. I have been having a hell of a time. I managed, just, to get the last essay in for my course, started to revise when i was told my Grandad had died. That put a bit of a stop to all my revision and everything and last week i had my Exam for OU on Tues, Funeral on Wed and my Driving test yesterday (failed again!!!!!!!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr) Anyway i have been messy and emotional but i am trying to put it all behind me and start again now. Just want to have a good weekend and start a new week.

Sounds like you have had an interesting time! I have just returned from a weeks camping in north wales, it was ok... wet and hilly!! hehe, it was not that bad actually, we had some nice weather. The children behaved pretty well on occassion and now i am home. Now about to shower and get into a dry proper bed!! I am so excited!! Looking forward to catching up sometime when you are back xx
