julie hi steve just to let u know we had a baby girl on the 30th her name is Faye Elora Marjot this means 'fairy' 'light' she has got a cleft pallet so will need surgery when she is 6 months old she is gorgeous and has lots of black hair and looks like robert luv j xxx

Paul Steve, I've just been catching up on your antics and I must say its really brightened up a miserable Saturday morning here in Bournemouth. It sounds like you've been through the mill a bit. Africa, I must say sounds a mare, getting injured and robbed is kind of what I expected might happen to you. The rest of it sounds more up your street and the great wall and the forbidden city must have been fab. As for the McDonalds story - come on, come clean - that's gotta be the worst excuse I've ever heard for eating junk food. You just put that in for your kids so that they wouldn't think it was OK to live on McD's :-) Keep up the blog and remember to enjoy every bit of it - even the camp toilets, roberries, injuries, scary Yakuza men in the sauna, ya de ya de...... I look forward eagerly to the next thrilling instalment of Steve 'Coogan' Marjot's Ripping Yarns.
