Bangkok, Thailand

Bangkok, Thailand

Bus Bus friggin' Bus, the last few days have all been about getting from A to B and I have to tell you... as delightful as Thailand travel is, it can get boring after a while. Sleeping is near impossible so if you don't have an hombre to snuggle up with it can get kind of lame. The past few days I actually managed to leave both Pai and Chiang Mai - two absolutely amazing places; and now I'm just waiting for another bus in Bangkok to take me down to Champun where I'll hop on a ferry to Koh Tao. Bangkok is buzzing at the moment with the Red Shirt protestors trying to bring down the government. Big woop de doo. It's most definitely a wise idea to get out while the goings good and hit up the islands. (Don't worry mum they're all buddhists nothing violent). Leaving tonight for a 12 hour journey to hopefully meet up with Rob on Koh Tao... dongalongatron is pretty rubbish at communication so will have to track him down on the island. Its meant to be pretty unreal there and I'm sure I'll be half naked for the most of it. Expect amazing tan lines and a pasty english ass. Its pretty crazy how you miss the cool weather out here. shared this aircon room with a Brit and a Frenchman last night; we set the air con to 16 degrees and it felt like home. Good old english summer. Anyway I'm gunna go boil in Bangkok for a while. Take it easy losers
