Hey everyone! Hope you all are well!

We are in Bangkok at the mo, cant believe our china trip is over! was really sad to say bye to our tour leader david and the rest of the group but feels great to be able to manage our own time and make our own decisions!

China was amazing so glad we did the tour as getting around on our own would have been tough! eating was quite tricky as david wasnt keen on giving options in restaurants but on the whole i managed ok. we went to a really nice dumplings restaurant in xi'an where they gave me my own special vegetarian dishes so i didnt have to ask anyone to taste things for me first!!

Tony the Tiger, our travel guru in bangkok is letting us use the net in his office - legend! we have booked a trip to chaing mai with him for tomorrow. looking forward to the trekking and seeing the villages, will be so different to bangkok - staying near khao san road = tourist central and reminds me a bit of spain! we will then head south to spend time chilling out on the beach - after the tour of china we cannot wait to laze around and do nothing!

Heard the weather hasnt been great back home, was raining here today for an hour or so. i was so happy i could have done a rain dance!
